By accessing or using HollywoodScore.app ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Description of Service

HollywoodScore.app is an entertainment tool that analyses names using a set of linguistic signals (syllable balance, rhythm, consonant punch, etc.) and returns a numerical "Hollywood Score." The Service is provided for entertainment and educational purposes only.

The scores generated are algorithmic outputs and do not represent factual assessments of any real person's talent, potential, or suitability for any profession.

Section 03

User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape excessively, or disrupt the Service.
• Submit names or content that is defamatory, harassing, or harmful.
• Misrepresent the scores as factual professional assessments.
• Use automated bots to generate scores at a rate that impairs service availability for others.

Section 04

Intellectual Property

All content on HollywoodScore.app — including the scoring algorithm, design, copy, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of HollywoodScore.app and its operators, protected under applicable copyright laws.

You may share your individual score results for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction or distribution of the Service's content in bulk, or for commercial gain, is prohibited without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• The scores are accurate, complete, or suitable for any purpose.
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

Section 06

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HollywoodScore.app and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed USD $10.

Third-Party Services

The Service uses Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager for usage analytics. These services may collect anonymised usage data subject to Google's own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

Section 08

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service's operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration under applicable rules.
